Service Description

Host your next event with The Design Suite; includes, Photoshoots, Paint & Sips, Game Nights, Baby showers, Bridal showers, Social events, Birthday parties, Meetings, Business functions, Classes, Seminars, Dinner parties, Repast etc. Starting at $75/hour. Plus $25 cleaning fee. Your booking is not confirmed without a deposit. This booking puts a request in to reserve the date you have selected. An invoice will be sent to you based on the time frame you've chosen. Event Invoices that are not paid within a week of request will be cancelled. As well as the rental contract. There is a 2 hour minimum to book events. Rental request for major Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years are an extra $25 per hour. Tables , chairs , music ,wifi, & 65" 4ktv is included in your event. We broadcast your custom flyer or slideshow during your event (optional). Choose from the option of 6 ft long tables that seat 4-6 or 60" round tables that seat 7. We have a 6 pan steam warmer, as well as stainless steel chafing dishes available for rent. Send us your invitations or flyers to help promote your event or display on screen during your event. Email event flyers to tdsuiteco@gmail.com. Any Deposits and payments made are NON- Refundable. For Parties booked after 12pm you must book our off duty police officer for security, there is also a deposit fee for incidentals. The Design Suite reserves the right to cancel any event that is not paid in full prior to the date of each event.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel for any reason please do so within 48 hours of your event. There are no refunds but you will be credited towards a future rescheduled event. (Some restrictions apply).
