The Design Suite Policy
We at The Design suite reserve the right to cancel any event that has not been paid in full prior to the event date. We do not accept the remaining balance the day of your event. Additional hours will not be accepted the day of your event. It is imperative that you show up on time to your scheduled event, so your guest are not waiting on you. If you show up 2 or more hours late ,and your event has not been paid in full, your event will be subject to a cancelation. The Design Suite may choose to refuse booking at its sole discretion. All deposits are non- refundable. We pride our business on professionalism , we expect the same in return.
Co- Working Policy
The Design Suite doubles as a co-working space during the week. Available Monday - Thursday. When you sign up for a co - working membership with one of our plans you have access to our shared workspace. Some plans allow key fob access. Due to the space being used on weekends for events. you may not leave any items in the space overnight. We are not responsible for any lost , stolen or damaged items. The space may be used to meet clients, and do individual work. If you need to host an event such as a class or seminar, you will receive a percentage off our event cost. All events must be purchased separately outside of your membership.
